WHAT IS THE SUNSHINE AWARD?
These individuals, companies, and organizations serve as champions for change. They are leaders and outstanding allies who are shining a light on diversity, inclusion, and equity furthering the advancement of equality in St. Pete by providing a platform for visibility and dialogue in their businesses and community.
WHY HASHTAG CREATIVE?
In March of 2022, we put on a Women’s Wealth Summit called “Roar” to educate our sisters on Crypto and NFTs. We found men were moving ahead with these new elements and building wealth, while women were being left behind. We put on a full day by women for women and completely sold out! (including the realtor here in St. Pete whole sold the first house in the US as an NFT). We educated ourselves and brought St. Pete women along!

Our mission is simple: we want you to win. We’ve got the game pros to help you beat the competition, get past the final boss on the last level, and win. We take small, local businesses, and using marketing techniques, we launch our allies to reach maximum points. We believe in equality across the board and believe we are all stronger together.
We are a woman-owned, gay-owned business with a diverse staff. We believe love is love, black lives matter and women are equal forces in business. We balance remote and in-person workplaces with employees across many time zones though our HQ is here in St. Pete!
